Terms of purchase
Delivery
We always want to offer our customers a fast and efficient delivery and therefore strive for a delivery time of 1-3 working days. In case of high pressure, however, a longer delivery time of 5-7 working days may occur. Our packages are primarily delivered with the help of Schenker. Pay smoothly and securely through our various payment options.
Right of withdrawal
From the day you received the item, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. When those days have passed, you no longer have the right to return the item. Of course, during this time you have the right to open the packaging to check that the product is in good condition.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, you should send the package back to us as a business package (eg Schenker Parcel) so that it ends up correctly. Then print out our returns sheet and send it in the package. You can find the return sheet here . If you return your item as a complaint, we ask that you first contact us before sending the package. As an approved complaint, we cover the shipping cost back to the warehouse, while you as a customer pay for the shipping yourself in the case of a steam purchase. When we receive your return, we handle the return within 3 working days. Exchanges and refunds take place within 7 working days from the day we received the package.
You have the opportunity to advertise your product up to two years after purchase.
To advertise your product, email warranty@jethwear.com the following:
- Product name, product id and color
- Clear pictures of the damage
- Your receipt
