Shipping & Returns
Delivery
We offer fast and efficient delivery with a delivery time of 1-3 working days. In case of high pressure, the delivery time can be 5-7 working days. Our packages are mainly delivered with Schenker. For more information on estimated delivery time to your address, use Schenker's timetable on their website.
Returns and Right of Cancellation
If you wish to return an item, send the package back as a business package (e.g. Schenker Parcel) and attach our return sheet, which you can print here. You have 30 days right of withdrawal from the day you received the item. After this period, you can no longer return the item. During the cooling-off period, you have the right to open the packaging to check the condition of the item.
In the event of a complaint, contact us first before sending the package. In the event of an approved complaint, we cover the shipping costs. In case of canceled purchase, you pay the shipping yourself. Returns are handled within 3 working days and exchanges or refunds take place within 7 working days of receiving the return.
Complaint
You can advertise your product up to two years after purchase. To make a claim, email the following to warranty@jethwear.com :
- Product name, product ID and color
- Clear pictures of the damage
- Your receipt
